ATHABASCA — More neighbourhoods are slated for street cleaning for the remainder of the week, according to another update from the Town of Athabasca.
In an early morning May 1 post to it’s social media and advisory channels, the town announced street sweeping schedules for West End and Hees Estates neighbourhoods.
West End residents can expect to see sweepers on their streets from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, May 2, and Hees Estates is scheduled for cleaning Friday May 3.
The town is asking residents to remove any obstacles on streets or along curbs ahead of scheduled cleaning, such as garbage cans, vehicles, and driveway ramps.
These schedules are subject to change due to weather —residents can check the town’s social media and advisory channels for further updates or changes.
